Processes are the most important part of your business as employees rely on them to do the work. They include key controls and policies, guiding employees to follow the right process and avoid uncertainties. To implement a process, you need manuals, videos, charts or a combination of all three components. This will help you train your staff and give them a tool to fall back when they are unsure what to do, and because they have a tool to fall back on, they won't ask as many questions freeing up a lot of your time to spend on your job an not on training staff.
What's most important, is too keep the process tools up to date so when new employees starts a new job, they have the most up to date tools to help them succeed.
